A piece of gypsy passion still burns within me.
The mantra I live by is colour, form and texture. Handmade objects are my obsession.
I celebrate imperfections because they add character. My love of jewellery and
beading started in Africa where I lived for many years. I was lucky to make jewellery
there with Ethiopian, Kenyan and West-African beads. Thankfully I have collected
a large number of beads in Africa and I still have contacts there. This allows me
to continue to make items with authenticity. I say, “Let the beads do the talking.
It’s not what beads you choose to wear, its how you wear them”. But I’d rather
you wear mine!
